A certain document, four (4) copies of which are on file, one each, in the offices of the city clerk, fire chief, building inspector, and public library of the city of Pryor Creek, being marked and designated as the international existing building code, 2015 edition, as published by the International Code Council (ICC), be and is hereby adopted as the existing building code of the city of Pryor Creek, in the state of Oklahoma for regulating and governing the repair, alteration, change of occupancy, addition and relocation of existing buildings, including historic buildings, as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said existing building code on file in the offices of the city of Pryor Creek are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in section 9-12-2 of this chapter.
