A certain document, four (4) copies of which are on file, one each, in the offices of the city clerk, fire chief, building inspector, and public library of the city of Pryor Creek, being marked and designated as the international mechanical code, 2015 edition, as published by the International Code Council (ICC), as amended and revised by the Oklahoma uniform building code commission (OUBCC), be and is hereby adopted as the mechanical code of the city of Pryor Creek, in the state of Oklahoma for regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of plumbing systems as herein provided; providing for issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said mechanical code on file in the offices of the city of Pryor Creek are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in section 9-4-2 of this chapter.
