It is unlawful for any person to play, practice or otherwise engage in the game of golf, or in any manner strike or hit golf balls within the city parks or upon city owned property, except for the conducting of such activities at Earl Ward Park (Pryor Municipal Golf Course). (1988 Code § 11-114)
