6-10-1: SUBJECT TO TRAFFIC-CONTROL SIGNALS:
Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic-control signals as provided for in this Title, but at all other places pedestrians shall be granted those rights and be subject to the restrictions stated in this Chapter. (1988 Code § 15-1001)
