A. In the instance of any person being convicted by trial in the City Municipal Court, or upon conviction by reason of the entry of a plea of guilty, or upon the entry of a plea of nolo contendere to a charge under section 5-4D-23 of this title involving a precursor or methamphetamine as contemplated and described by Oklahoma Statutes title 63 section 2-701(A), the City Court Clerk shall be charged with the responsibility of making the report to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control set forth in Oklahoma Statutes title 63 section 2-701.
B. The report of the Municipal Court Clerk required by this section shall be made in the form and manner as may be from time to time required by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control.
C. Prior to submitting the report required by this section the Municipal Court Clerk shall present the report for review to, and obtain approval of the form and content of the report to be submitted by the City Prosecutor, the City Judge, and the Chief of Police or the Assistant Chief of Police.
