3-2A-13: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER DESIGNATION:
The city council shall designate an administrative officer or administrative officers of the city whom shall be designated by the city council to be possessed of the authority to carry out the powers, duties and authorities of the city as set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 2016-3, 11-1-2016)
