§ 152.01  AUTHORITY AND ADOPTION.
   The comprehensive plan, including accompanying maps, are adopted upon the recommendation of the Newberry County Joint Planning Commission after public hearing pursuant to the authority granted in the South Carolina Local Government Comprehensive Planning Enabling Act of 1994, S.C. Code §§ 6-29-310 et seq. and incorporated by reference in this code.
