§ 71.02  EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   All requirements of S.C. Code §§ 46:612 to 46:629 are hereby adopted by reference and made part of this chapter as if set out in full herein.
   (B)   All owners of vehicles operating within the town shall conform to the requirements and any person so failing to conform shall be guilt of a misdemeanor.
