§ 71.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating § 71.03 shall be fined not more than $200 or sentenced to not more than 30 days.
