10-2-4: TRAFFIC LAWS APPLICABLE TO BICYCLE RIDERS, ANIMALS:
Every person riding a bicycle or an animal or driving any animal drawing a vehicle upon a roadway, shall be subject to the provisions of this Title applicable to the driver of the vehicle, except those provisions of this Title which by their nature can have no application. (Ord. 0-77-17, 6-7-1977)
