10-1-15: PENALTY:
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day the offense or violation exists or is committed. (Ord. 0-76-10, 8-2-1976)
