10-1-2: MOTOR VEHICLE CLASSIFICATIONS:
All motor vehicles which are designed and used for the carrying of not more than ten (10) passengers shall be classed as passenger vehicles. Those motor vehicles which are designed and used for pulling or carrying freight or property or which are used for the carrying of more than ten (10) persons shall be classed as commercial vehicles for the purpose of this chapter. (Ord. 0-76-10, 8-2-1976)
