10-1-1: DEFINITIONS:
MOTOR VEHICLE: Every vehicle which is propelled otherwise than by muscular power, including, but not limited to, motorcycles, motor driven cycles, trucks, tractors, trailers of all types, reconstructed and antique vehicles, trackless trailers and school buses except coaches, cars and engines traveling upon fixed rails, are defined as "motor vehicles" for the purpose of this chapter. Every motor vehicle having a seat or saddle for the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than three (3) wheels in contact with the ground, but excluding a tractor is defined as a "motorcycle", and every motor scooter and every bicycle with motor attached is defined as a "motor driven cycle".
TRACTOR, SEMITRAILER UNITS/ONE VEHICLE: A self-propelled vehicle operated as a tractor and one semitrailer shall be considered as one vehicle in computing the license fees provided herein, and no additional license fees shall be required for said semitrailer so used. (Ord. 0-76-10, 8-2-1976)
