A. General Fines For Any Ordinance Other Than Title 10 Of This Code (Vehicle Code): The hearing officer may impose the fine prescribed by ordinance or statute for violation of any city ordinance adjudicated under this chapter.
B. Fines For Violation Of Title 10 Of This Code (Vehicle Code) Other Than Handicapped Parking And Regulated Parking: For violation of any provision of title 10, "Motor Vehicles And Traffic", of this code; or any compliance violation; or violation of any other city ordinance regulating the standing, parking, or condition of motor vehicles, other than for handicapped parking, the fine shall be a maximum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each violation.
C. Fines For Violations Of Handicapped Parking Regulations: For violation of any city ordinance regulating handicapped parking, the fine shall be a maximum of two hundred dollars ($200.00). (Ord. 0-07-05, 1-22-2007)
