Whoever, without reasonable cause, by outcry or otherwise makes or circulates or causes to be made or circulated any false alarm of fire, shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. (Ord. 0-78-21, 6-19-1978)
