9-1-10: FEMALE DOGS OR CATS IN HEAT:
Any person in control of a female dog or cat in heat shall confine such dog or cat in an enclosed area as to preclude other dogs or cats from being attracted to or becoming in contact with such female animal, except for planned breeding. (Ord. 0-77-26, 10-17-1977)
