A. Any person found to be violating any provision of Sections 8-5-10, 8-5-11, 8-5-12, and 8-5-13 of this Chapter shall be served by the City with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. The City may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of those Sections.
B. Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in subsection A of this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
