Except as provided in subsection 8-4-4-4A of this Chapter the City shall not take any final action involving the evaluation, modification, renewal, revocation or termination of the grantee's franchise unless the City: a) called a meeting for such purpose; b) advised the grantee in writing, at least thirty (30) days prior to such meeting, as to its time, place and purpose and; c) published a notice, at least once, ten (10) days before the meeting in a newspaper of general circulation within the City. The grantee and any interested person shall be entitled to be heard at such meeting. (Ord. 0-90-56, 12-3-1990)
