8-1-5: DRIVEWAY FEES:

The permit application fee for any work associated with the removal, resurfacing, or reconstruction of an existing or proposed private driveway shall be seventy five dollars ($75.00). This fee shall include costs associated with plan review and site inspection of the project area. (Ord. 0-07-07, 3-5-2007)
