8-1-4: PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT FEES:
The permit application fee for any work within any public right of way shall be seventy five dollars ($75.00). This fee shall include costs associated with plan review and site inspection of the project area. (Ord. 0-07-07, 3-5-2007)
