The City Engineer shall prepare a flood plain determination report for any requested information, alteration, or improvement subject to the provisions of this Title. The fees for such reports shall be paid by the applicant and shall be as follows:
Information request for existing structures or vacant property | $35.00 |
Improvement to existing structures | 70.00 |
New construction or development (building permit) | 100.00 |
For detailed studies performed or received by an engineering consultant retained by the City. All costs incurred by the City will be reimbursed by the applicant. (Ord. 0-90-37, 8-20-1990)
