7-1-2: APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:
The provisions of this Title shall be deemed as additional requirements to minimum standards required by other ordinances of the City. In case of conflicting requirements, the most restrictive shall apply. (Ord. 0-90-37, 8-20-1990)
