Anyone violating any of the provisions of these subdivision regulations shall forfeit, upon conviction, to the City not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation, plus the costs of the action, and each day that such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
