There is hereby established a fee for the approval of preliminary and final plats and subdivision improvements as follows:
A. Plan Review; Engineering Department: The plan review by the Engineering Department shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00) per acre with a five hundred dollar ($500.00) minimum fee.
B. Preliminary And Final Plat: The review and filing fees for a preliminary or final plat shall be: 1) reimbursement of all costs as set by the Cook County Recorder; and 2) an administration fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per filing.
C. Subdivision Improvements: The review fees for subdivision improvements shall be according to the following schedule:

In addition to the foregoing engineering review fees, each subdivider shall reimburse the City for all fees incurred by the City for the City Planner, consultant services, and City Attorney relating to the review, approval, and recording of each subdivision.
D. Plan Commission Fees: Each petitioning entity before the Plan Commission must pay a one hundred dollar ($100.00) charge for the first appearance. Such payment must occur prior to a petitioner's inclusion on a Plan Commission agenda.
