6-5-3: STREET IMPROVEMENTS:
   A.   Street Design: Street design shall be in accordance with the Table of Minimum Standards. Also, see Addendum 1 for specifications.
   B.   Curb Return: All curb returns at street intersections shall have a radius of not less than twenty five feet (25'). In industrial and commercial areas, the radius of curb returns shall be not less than thirty feet (30').
   C.   Sign Conformance: Street signs shall be erected so as to identify every street within the subdivision and shall be so designed and constructed as to conform with existing street sign standards. They shall be installed at a height not less than seven feet (7') and shall be placed not less than two feet (2') nor more than ten feet (10') from the edge of the pavement. When a curved street blends into another street, street signs shall be erected to identify each street.
   D.   Road Regulatory Signs: The applicant shall deposit with the City at the time of final subdivision approval, the sum of seventy five dollars ($75.00) for each road sign required by the City Engineer at all road intersections. The City shall install all road signs before issuance of certificates of occupancy for any residence on all streets approved.
Street name signs are to be placed at all intersections within or abutting the subdivision, the type and location of which to be approved by the City Engineer. (Ord. 0-77-02, 2-7-1977)
