6-1-6: SEVERABILITY:

If any section, paragraph, clause, phrase or part of these subdivision regulations shall for any reason be held invalid, such decision or holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these regulations; and the application of these provisions to any person or circumstance shall not be affected thereby. (Ord. 0-77-02, 2-7-1977)
