6-1-3: APPLICATION OF ORDINANCE:

These regulations shall be applicable to all subdivisions and resubdivisions of land within the corporate limits of the City and contiguous unincorporated territory within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the corporate limits of the City. (Ord. 0-77-02, 2-7-1977)
