1-11-10: BAIL PROCESSING FEE:

An administrative bail processing fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) shall be imposed upon any person arrested and charged with a violation of any bailable city of Prospect Heights ordinance, state or federal law. The bail processing fee shall be collected when such person posts bail or bond. (Ord. 0-13-20, 10-28-2013)
