5-5-5: ZONING OF ANNEXED LAND:
Any land hereafter annexed to the city of Prospect Heights shall automatically be zoned R-1. Any rezoning of newly annexed land or land to be annexed pursuant to an annexation agreement shall follow the procedures as outlined in chapter 10, "Administration And Enforcement", of this title. (Ord. 0-77-27, 7-18-1977)
