For the purpose and provisions of this title, Prospect Heights, Illinois, is hereby organized into the following zoning district classifications:
R-1 | Single-family residential district |

O-1 | Office/research park district |
B-1 | Retail business district |
B-2 | General commercial district |
B-2A | General commercial district (direct access to major arterial streets) |
B-3 | Commercial, wholesale and general service district |
B-4 | Office/industrial zone |
