4-7-4: ENFORCEMENT:
   A.   Any person found to be violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be served by the City with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations and correct all existing violations noted in the written notice. (Ord. 0-81-02, 3-2-1981)
   B.   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in subsection A of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in an amount of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation. Each day during which any such violation is committed, continued or permitted shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 0-81-02, 3-2-1981; amd. Ord. 0-19-06, 2-25-2019)
   C.   In addition to any other penalty authorized by this chapter, any person, partnership, or corporation convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be required to restore the site to the condition existing prior to commission of the violation, or to bear the expense of such restoration.
   D.   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the City for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by the City by reason of such violation. (Ord. 0-81-02, 3-2-1981)
