A. For single-family home: One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
B. For detached garages and accessory structures for single-family homes: Fifty dollars ($50.00).
C. For single-family home additions or alterations: Seventy five dollars ($75.00).
D. Commercial building plan review fees: Plan review fees for commercial buildings will be based upon the square footage of the project area as listed below.
0 to 3,000 sq. ft. | $60.00 per 1,000 sq. ft. |
3,001 to 10,000 sq. ft. | $70.00 per 1,000 sq. ft. |
10,001 to 50,000 sq. ft. | $80.00 per 1,000 sq. ft. |
More than 50,000 sq. ft. | $100.00 per 1,000 sq. ft. |
For commercial plan reviews conducted by outside consultants the applicant shall be required to reimburse the city for the actual costs incurred by the city for those review services. In addition, the following permit fees shall be added when applicable:
1. Mechanical: Add fifteen percent (15%) of the base fee.
2. Plumbing: Add fifteen percent (15%) of the base fee.
3. Electrical: Add fifteen percent (15%) of the base fee.
