Whenever periodical, semiannual or annual inspections are required by the provisions of the building or adopted codes of the city to verify code compliance, a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged to the owner, agent or tenant conducting business at the inspected property. The fee for an office (business) suite shall be thirty dollars ($30.00). A seventy five dollar ($75.00) reinspection fee shall be assessed for each reinspection should more than one reinspection be required to achieve compliance.
