4-5-2: CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY:
The fee for the issuance of a certificate of occupancy required by the provisions of the applicable building code shall be seventy five dollars ($75.00) for each certificate. (Ord. 0-03-09, 3-17-2003, eff. 3-27-2003; amd. Ord. O-18-05, 3-12-2018)
