4-4C-2: ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO CODE:

International Fuel Gas Code, 2012 edition, and all appendices thereto, published by the International Code Council is amended as follows:

   A.   The City Of Prospect Heights Amendments: The city of Prospect Heights amendments to the IBC, the IRC, other amendments, the zoning ordinance and municipal ordinances shall supersede all sections of all of the adopted model codes.

   B.   Conflicts: Whenever two (2) codes are in conflict, the more stringent requirement shall govern.
