A. Compensation: The city attorney and the city prosecutor shall each receive compensation as may be agreed from time to time between each of them and the city council.
B. Indemnification: The city of Prospect Heights shall defend, indemnify and hold the legal counsel harmless from any and all claims brought by third parties against them for acts or omissions arising out of their duties as city attorney or city prosecutor. Claims for wilful and wanton conduct, intentional torts, or criminal activity shall not be included in this subsection. (Ord. 0-04-09, 2-17-2004, eff. 2-27-2004)
