4-2-4: ACCESSORY STRUCTURES:
   A.   Detached Garages: Grade beam construction permitted consisting of a four inch (4") concrete floor poured monolithically with a minimum of eighteen inches (18") thickened outer edge a width of twenty inches (20") around perimeter of building. Said grade beam to be of equal depth and on undisturbed soil. Floor to be reinforced with 6 x 6 x 10/10 w.w. mesh and grade beam to contain two (2) #4 bars continuous two inches (2") from bottom.
   B.   Garden Sheds: Above requirements shall not apply to any metal or wood accessory structure one hundred fifty (150) square feet in area and under. Said accessory structure must be safely anchored to grade with approved ground anchors. The proposed method of anchorage must be submitted to the Building and Zoning Administrator and included in the application for permit.
All wood accessory structures in direct contact with the ground shall have treated (moisture resistant) sill members at all points of contact with grade. (Ord. 0-19-06, 2-25-2019)
