The city prosecutor shall prosecute city ordinance violations and shall cooperate with the various city departments and officers to see to the punishment of persons violating city ordinances. The city prosecutor shall report to and assist the city attorney upon request of the city attorney. It shall be the further duty of the city prosecutor to attend city council meetings upon request of the city attorney. (Ord. 0-04-09, 2-17-2004, eff. 2-27-2004)
