A. Penalties: Any person(s) who shall violate the provisions of this chapter or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. The person(s) shall be required to correct any violation of the provisions of this section in a manner approved by the City Engineer. (Ord. 0-19-06, 2-25-2019)
