Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00), nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each day during or on which a diseased tree is permitted to remain after thirty (30) days (or such longer period of time as the city administrator may provide) from receipt of notice.
