3-11-9: RELEASE OF LIEN:

Upon payment of the cost and expense by the owner or persons interested in the real estate affected, after notice of lien has been filed, the lien shall be released by the city or person in whose name the lien has been filed and the release may be filed of record in the same manner herein provided for the filing of a notice of lien. (Ord. 0-89-35, 8-7-1989)
