A. Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or who shall erect, construct, alter or repair a swimming pool in violation thereof, shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each day during which or on which a violation occurs or continues.
B. The imposition of the penalties herein prescribed shall not preclude the city from instituting such action or proceedings as it may deem necessary to prevent or restrain the unlawful establishment, construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, conversion, maintenance or use of a private residential swimming pool or to restrain, correct or abate any violation of this chapter.
