3-4-7: PENALTY:

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day upon which it continues to occur.
