Any person violating any provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) for a first offense; not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) for a second offense; and not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for every offense thereafter, and in no event shall such person be fined in excess of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for any such offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
