A. Food Service Establishments: The annual fee for a license to conduct and operate a food service establishment shall be as follows:

For the purpose of this subsection, the number of employees shall be determined on the basis of the average number of full time and part time employees employed by the licensee in each calendar month during the twelve (12) calendar month period immediately preceding the month in which this license fee is paid. The annual license fee to conduct a food service establishment which has no employees or where the help is donated shall be one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00).
B. Food Dealers: The annual license fee for a food dealer's license shall be one hundred thirty two dollars ($132.00).
C. Milk Dealers: The annual license fee for a milk dealer's license shall be one hundred thirty two dollars ($132.00).
D. Food Service Vehicles: The annual license fee for a food service vehicle license for each food service vehicle shall be one hundred thirty two dollars ($132.00). There shall be no more than four (4) licenses issued for ice cream vehicles (whether motorized or nonmotorized) including, but not limited to, pushcarts and ice cream trucks.
E. Frozen Dessert Establishments: The annual license fee for a frozen dessert establishment shall be one hundred thirty two dollars ($132.00).
F. Food Refrigeration Plants: The annual license fee for a food refrigeration plant shall be one hundred thirty two dollars ($132.00).
G. Food Processing Establishments: The annual license fee for a food processing establishment shall be one hundred thirty two dollars ($132.00).
H. Food Vending Machine: The annual license fee for food vending machines shall be eighty eight dollars ($88.00) per machine, except as otherwise provided in subsection K of this section.
I. Ice Machine: The annual license fee for an ice machine shall be one hundred thirty two dollars ($132.00).
J. Self-Service Cooler (Walk-In): The annual license fee for a self-service cooler (walk-in) shall be one hundred thirty two dollars ($132.00).
K. Gumball Vending Machines: The annual license fee for gumball vending machines or gumball type vending machines shall be as follows:

L. Health And Sanitation Inspections: Professions, occupations, businesses and/or commercial establishments operated within the corporate limits of the city and subject to health and sanitation regulations of the city.
