It shall be unlawful to employ any person in any job which he is prohibited from holding by section 3-1-4 of this chapter. If the manager or person in charge of a food establishment has reason to suspect that any employee has contracted any disease in a communicable form or has become a carrier of such disease, he shall prohibit further work by this employee and shall notify the health inspector at once.
