Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day that such a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 0-90-30, 7-16-1990)
