The fee for the issuance of a livery license shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00) plus ten dollars ($10.00) for each vehicle to be included under the livery license, which shall be paid to the City Clerk upon making of the application for said license. Said fee shall be returned to the applicant if the issuance is refused. The fee for a license to drive a livery vehicle shall be five dollars ($5.00). (Ord. 0-78-23, 7-3-1978)
