Any person violating any provision of Section 2-9A-1 of this Article, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
Any person cited under the provisions of Section 2-9A-1 of this Article, not paying the fine within ten (10) days shall face an additional penalty of twenty five dollars ($25.00). (Ord. 0-97-80, 12-15-1997, eff. 1-1-1998)
