2-8C-2: LICENSE REQUIRED; FEES:
No person shall engage in the business of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration contractor without first having obtained a license therefor. The annual fee for such license shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 0-09-06, 3-2-2009; amd. Ord. O-18-05, 3-12-2018)
